Toms house is an award-winning, architecturally designed home. Situated on an elevated north facing site, offering uninterrupted views over Lake Wakatipu and all day sun.

Each room is unique and offers something truly special for your holiday to Queenstown. The house can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms. There are some additional sofa beds in the lounge room and loft if you exceed these numbers. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen plus two large designer bathrooms.
The house overlooks the lake and The Remarkables mountain range. Enjoy the view from the lounge room or master bedroom and admire the dramatic landscapes that this corner of New Zealand is famous for. The outdoor area features a stunning cedar hot tub that guests are free to enjoy all year round, be it in the peak of summer or whilst surrounded by snow in winter.
The house is perfectly built for the local environment with underfloor heating, a fireplace and heat-pump to keep you nice and cosy in the winter. For those warmer summer months, the house comes equipped with air conditioning.

Location
Located in Jacks Point, the house is only 10 mins from Queenstown Airport and around 15 minutes drive from Queenstown itself. The location has direct access to all the amazing outdoor adventures that the Otago region has to offer. Go skiing in winter in the Remarkables, drive down and cruise the majestic Milford Sound or just sit back and enjoy the stunning surrounds.
How to get there
The property is best accessed by car. Public transport is limited and doesn't run very frequently. The nearest airport is Queenstown International Airport which connects daily to Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington as well as regular flights to Sydney and Melbourne in Australia.
